We liked staff and rooms. Great nearby places include the bistro at the alex, we usually had drinks there. Good sleep in a comfy bed.

Spend our time here comfortably. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Visited their restaurant Brown's couple of times.
There was no elevator.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a family room. The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top. Such tourist sights as Saint Andrew's Church were near the hotel😀👌

Room was good sized and met expectations. Set within 10 minutes walk from west highland museum, the hotel was also near to many city attractions. The area contains some restaurants like Costa Drive Thru within 15 minutes' walk...
